Harmony Fields is located in Bow, WA near the Samish River. Our mission is to integrate the operating values of an organically managed farm with those of a creative studio thereby producing a spectrum of healthy produce and education in art and health.
On the farm we grow organic herbs and specialty produce and raise sheep, ducks and donkeys. We also offer workshops in our barn on a regular basis. The farm is certified 100% organic and we are members of the Tilth Producers of Washington and the Island Grown Meat Cooperative.
Harmony Fields is owned and operated by Jessica Gigot, Ph.D.and Dean Luce.
Jessica fell in love with the Skagit Valley over ten years ago and never left. She has an academic background in science and creative writing and appreciates the confluence of artists and farmers in this valley. She manages the plants, animals and all of the beings in the soil.
Dean is a carpenter and graphic designer by trade, but also a self-made luthier and artist. He is learning to love the farm life and is the resident builder, fixer, maker, bird watcher and animal lover.
Together Jess and Dean are the Dovetails and they perform their old-time and blue grass music around town.
